You just returned from the huge Sticky & Sweet Tour in 2008 where you supported the Queen of Pop Madonna.. Now, after about 14 years of music business and your success still growing – is there still any private life for you? Is there time dedicated only to yourself or simply time to reflect?

I make time for myself. I want to make a new album this year and in order to do that I have to slow down and get inside my own bubble again. It´s something I like about my job. I get to both do the crazy busy and the only time for myself thing.

You will be playing Germany in the next two months also stopping by at the Postbahnhof in Berlin. What are your memories of the last time you visited the city?

Last time I was in Berlin I played with Madonna at the old olympic stadium. The audience was fantastic, many of them knew the lyrics to my songs as well, I was amazed.

Where do yo think electronic music is developing at the moment?

I think we are getting to a point where electronic music is influencing almost every one who makes music. In different times, the air in the music sounds differently. Looking back, I think you will be able to say that club music will have influenced the air of these times music more than any other.
